OK so I created my own automated winning bidder email and have it set on auto, so anyways my friend bought one of my items it was a BIN and its been like 3 hours and he hasn't received any email from auctiva how long does it normally take for my customers to receive the automated email

Wait I just taught of something could it be because It was a buy it now and not an auction style? Does the winning bidder automated email only work for auctions ? If so which one should I use to send my email automatically should I change the type to payment reminder instead or something else?

Please someone help as soon as possible thnx
