Automatic Emails??

I just received a reply from an Ebay bidder from an automated thank you email generated by Auctiva - THAT I NEVER SET UP. What the....? Is anyone else getting this? I went to the setup area and there are absolutely no automatic email templates active or even setup. So why are they being sent to my customers?

If you have not changed the setting for the Bidder Thank you email, then bidders will get it if they bid on one of your items on ebay. Under the "My Account" tab click Settings, then click on Account Settings in the Preferences box, on the bottom is a list of the emails that will get automatically emailed. I chose "don't send auto email" for mine quite awhile ago since I don't like to flood my buyers (or bidders) with extra email.
