automatic emails after ship

can anyone give me any info.......
if a person uses auctiva checkout & pays through paypal.....does the buyer get an automatic email through paypal after I print the shipping label..if not is there a way I can do this ?? either through auctiva or paypal

The buyer (and you) will ALWAYS get an email from Paypal if you print your labels from there. You don't even have to set it up, it's automatic
