Hi sjlb2006,

We don't have anything in place that could make such an email go out automatically when you mark an item as "shipped" or "posted" on eBay, but it is possible to create an email template for this purpose that you could send to your buyers individually or in bulk using the "Send Email To" option on your Auctiva Transactions page.

If you are interested in doing that, you could create the email by mousing over the "Sales" tab within your Auctiva account and selecting the "Create New" option under "Custom Emails". While there is not a template type that pertains to this sort of email, you can choose any template type for the email as long as you remember what it is.

All of the links you see in the "Custom Template Tags" menu to the left of the email template creator can be used to make pieces of information specific to the transaction you are sending the email with respect to show up in the email. For example, if you place the [ITEMNUMBERLINK] tag in your email template and send it to a buyer, the item number of the item the buyer purchased will show up in place of that tag in the email.

Once you have created the email, you could send it to your buyers once you have shipped their items by checking the boxes next to the desired items on your Auctiva Transactions page, selecting the template type you specified for the email from the "Send Email To" drop down menu, and click the "Send" button. You will then see the option to select the specific email you created on the ensuing page and you can finalize the delivery from there.

If you have any other questions regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
