Automatic Feedback Generation not working for me

Is there something wrong with the automatic feedback to buyer generator ... I received feedback from a customer a few hours (2 or 3) ago and, so far, no feedback has been generated back to him. Yes, I have the automatic feedback switch "enabled".

Hi pollitt,

I'm not aware of any current problems with our automatic feedback system. Our automatic feedback system is actually designed to automatically leave positive feedback for your buyers within 24 hours of when they leave positive feedback for you, so the system may just not have had enough time yet in the example that you provided.
