Automatic Feedback not working - help!

I have had my automatic feedback selected to automatically plug in positive feedback for anyone who leaves me positive feedback for ages and ages (well before auctiva started charging) and it's not working and hasn't been working for a few months. What is the problem or do I need to change any settings? Thanks!

Same problem here so I'll file a report too.

It has stopped leaving feedback for overseas buyers since 16th Jan but is still working for domestics.

Second time I have had a problem with it but last time it was sorted quickly as Auctiva already knew there was a problem!
