Automatic Update Not Working

I can not post through you because I need digital delivery information in my acutions, so I rely on automatic import from eBay. Nothing I have posted to eBay the past few days has been imported and the store window is not showing up in these auctions. I only have the store window in the one acution that I posted with you.

I have cleared cookies in IE. We're not all running on malfunctioning computers. this seems to be on your end.
