Basic HTML Uploader - Born to frustrate you

Hi

I guess I am not the only person pulling their hair out with the Basic HTML Uploader and the continual failed to load messages.

Takes at least an hour to get one image uploaded.

I have tried the new upoader but can't seem to get images onto my listing hence why I have stuck with the Basic Uploader but now that it's not working I have listings awaiting image uploads and don't know when I will be able to list them.

I feel like swearing but will it do me any good?

Now my rant is over, can anyone explain how to use the new Auctiva Uploader once you have uploaded images so that they will apear onto your listing?

The new Auctiva Uploader is designed to speedily upload your photos to a specified (by you) image folder. It does not upload the photos directly into a listing. Once your photos are uploaded, bring up your Saved Listing and in the image section click on "Select Image." When the image selector comes up, find your uploaded photos in the folder you specified and add them to your listing. The Auctiva Uploader is fast and very beneficial if you are uploading a lot of photos. If you are only going to upload 1 or 2 photos and want them to go straight into a listing, you are better off to use the Basic Uploader and upload the photos one at a time.
