Let me see if I have this right. If I use the Basic $2.95 a month plan (15 listings per month)and use the Auctiva relister each relist counts as one listing but if I use the Ebay relister only the initial listing counts toward the monthly total??

Yep...only listings & relistings posted using the facilites of Auctiva's site count towards the 15/month plan limit. Also, multiple item listings and GTC listings only are counted once.
