Hi Xanatosnemos,
1) Yes, Auctiva can be used to automatically leave feedback for your buyers. In order to use this functionality, you will first need to save one or more feedback message in your Auctiva account by clicking the "Manage Feedback" link under the "Sales" tab within your account. Once you have done so, you will also need to enable the auto feedback setting, an option you can find by clicking the "Auto-Feedback Settings" link in the same area.
If you sane multiple feedback messages in your account, you can configure Auctiva to "cycle" among those feedback messages to avoid appearing as if you send the same feedback message to every customer. Once the auto feedback setting in your account is enabled, Auctiva will automatically leave feedback for your buyers once they have left positive feedback for you, typically within 24 hours.
2) The items displayed in your scrolling gallery should NOT vary depending on which listing is viewed, so the only set of circumstances I can think of that would account for that behavior is if the scrolling galleries in your older listings are associated with a different Auctiva account then those in your newer listings.
The scrolling gallery is set to display 14 of your active listings at a time and is refreshed every 4 hours. Each time the store window refreshes, it is populated with another 14 of your current listings that are ending around the same time as the next auction of yours that is viewed. The scrolling galleries in your listings should all display the same selection of items at any given time.
3) Yes, you can use Auctiva to automatically send winning bidder emails. If you would like to create your own winning bidder email, you can find the option to do so by clicking the "Manage Email Templates" link under the "Sales" tab within your account. Once you have created your winning bidder email, you can configure your account to send it automatically by going to your "Account Settings" page, selecting it from the "Winning Bidder" pull-down menu, and saving your settings.
4) No, Auctiva does not have any functionality that supports automatically sending invoices or other non-winning bidder type emails. However, you can create other email template in the "Manage Email Templates" section of your account and then send them manually using the "Send Email" option next to the desired items on your Auctiva "Transactions" page.
5) Yes, you can place HTML links in your email message provided that your email composer supports this option. If you cannot figure out how to do this by reviewing the nelp text of your email composer, I recommend trying to find that information buy searching the web or contacting the customer support department of your email application if possible.
6) You hereby have our permission to include HTML links in your community forum signature
