I've heard some people complain that too many of the offers are ridiculous time-wasters but I've never used the feature myself. I imagine, though, that more expensive items are probably the way to go if you're going to.
I've used it a couple of times. It might actually be on one or two of my store items. I sold a couple of items, I guess. But my items are geared toward women, and I'm not sure all women are hagglers. (I myself enjoy it once in a while).
Generally, I do better with a store category, called Instore Specials. I reduce the price and/or shipping price. I generally sell well putting items there. Oh, and if I put the word sale or special in the title, the item sells. I accidentally did this on a pair of earrings once. Put the word sale in the title--sold like hot cakes! And they weren't on sale. Just a word left over from a previous listing's title!
