Best Offer Not Showing

I have been having problems listing through Auctiva using this option in the last few days - the BIN or Best Offer option only. The Best Offer button does not show up in the preview page. Is it just me (!)

Did it show previously? To tell you the truth, I can't remember if it normally shows in preview or not..
