I had a bidder report one of my auctions because I used the words "like new" in it, and ebay removed my auction????!!!! Is there any way for me to find out the ebay user ID of the last person to look at that auction? TIA!
No, there is no way. Anyone who files a report, or is reported themselves, will never know the steps ebay has taken (if any) to address it. Privacy and all that....only ebay knows.
And you can't use 'like new' at all anymore. It's either new or it isn't. You can use words like 'perfect' or 'pristine' etc. without getting into trouble
I agree, I think a seller who describes an item as "like new" is being honest, telling us the item is not new, although it could probably be passed off as new.
