I am new to Auctiva. Forgive me if this is an obvious question. I went to eBay to edit an Auctiva posted auction. eBay required that I enter a BIN amount even though I was editing the auction title. I couldn't edit the title through Auctiva (it kept skipping my request) and ended up with a 10 cent charge through eBay.

Could you advise?

Hi hegg4343,

Thanks for posting your question here. When you are revising an auction format listing through eBay, you should not be required to enter a "BIN" price so I'm not sure why eBay's system may have give you this error. The only revision that comes to mind that would require you to enter a BIN price is if you inadvertently chose to change the format of the listing to fixed price.

The "Skipped" message that you mentioned receiving when you tried to edit the title of the listing through the Bulk Revise tool within Auctiva generally means that our system could not find any items among those you selected that contain the words you searched for in the title.

I'm not aware of any technical problems on our side of things that would case that message to be generated in error but, if you encounter that issue again in the future, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we will look into that for you.

I hope this helps!

-Mike
