BIN's not showing closed so can't buy insurance,

I have a couple of auctions that ended with Buy it Now, but they still show as active a few days later. Nos. 9709739243 & 9710146665. Also, I have a regular auction that ended yesterday (8921688656) but has disappeared from the Auctiva radar screens altogether.

I just shipped them and need to get things squared around so I can buy insurance. How to proceed?
