Book Stock Photo not appearing in "Preview"

Please help! Does anyone know why some stock photos of books appear when previewing a listing but others do not? I'm working to post a lot of books today using stock photos whenever they're available, and I can't understand why I see some stock photos when I preview my listing but other stock photos appear as a red "x". Is the stock photo going to appear in my actual eBay listing?

Hi dreamer221,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I am not aware of any technical problems that would cause certain stock images not to show up in the listing preview so that is something we would need to look into further to determine what the problem may be.

If you are still experiencing this problem, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

When you submit your support request, it would be helpful to include at least one or two specific examples of saved listings in which the stock images are not loading in the listing preview so we can verify whether we see the same behavior on our side of things.
