bought a domain, but it isn't showing up...

Hi all,

I am another newbie to online ebay selling. I found auctiva because I bought something from someone who had a store here. Liked it and I'm pretty good on computers, even design websites, just am not at all experienced with the ebay type of transaction.

My question - I bought a domain, but it isn't showing up -- when I go there, I get a 404 (not found).

Will my store not show up until I actually have items for sale? I did put in a profile, an about us page and some general info for a home page, and I thought it would show up with 'Nothing currently for sale".

Right? Wrong? Help! and Thanks, too!

File a support case and they can take care of that for you. Sometimes the automated process that purchases the domain fails, and sometimes it's just that we haven't hooked into you store correctly once it is purchased, which is again automated.

You can see your store at:
http://store.auctiva.com/Caraleisa2

And the about us page and general info is showing up. That's how it will look once the domain is going there correctly.
