browser for category

when I click the browse for category the window somes up and than disapears, this has happened a lot lately. any ideas here or is it this site.
one day it did the same thing than later that day it worked so I think it may be this site. help it's frustrating.

I haven't seen that myself. Could it possibly be a pop-up blocker that's slow to kick in or isn't working properly?

I believe its as Rick said, Pop Up Blocker. You might want to try adding Auctiva to your Pop Blocker exceptions.

I'm having the same problem with all of the browsers. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to go through the process of creating a listing and then everything just stops -- can't access the templates, the categories, preview the listing, etc. This has been happening more and more often.

I have checked my pop up blocker and that is not the problem. No popups have been blocked from auctiva.

Any other suggestions?

Sometimes there can be pop-up blockers on your system that you may not be aware of.

mom, do you have this problem every time? Or is it only randomly?
