BULK changing profiles?

Hi Scott,

The "Find & Replace" button on the Saved Listings page does have the ability to replace the Checkout Profile on selected listings.

I'd recommend you experiment with that feature.

I just tried and it didnt work

I grabbed 4 in a folder and it gave me an error message on ALL 4 of them saying "a valid rate and state are required to add sales tax"

BUT the profile I created has nothing to do with any tax and if I grab one of them and go into it and change the profile to the one I want it works fine

So for some reason I cant bulk change them but can only change 1 at at time.

I grabbed 4 more in a different folder and the exact same error for all of them.

Grab 1 of them and it lets me change it in the listing.

I'd file a Support Case on the error, so the techies can give the problem a look.

You aren't the only one needing mass changes these days. This is the tip of the iceburg.

I just put a ticket in.

I am hoping the person that grabs it understands what I am trying to say.

The last few tickets I have put in I get answers trying to tell me how to use best offer when I clearly put that its not working and I know how to use best offer :-)
