Hi, I recently sold a couple of items to the same buyer and was a little surprised to see in my Paypal account that he had been charged the full amount for each for postage instead of my ebay preference of giving a discount for multiple purchases to the same buyer.
When I checked the auctiva saved listing for the items I realised that I had not checked the box to apply my ebay promotional shipping rule, I stupidly assumed the ebay preference would take care of it.
I have had a look around to see if there is a quick way to edit all my saved listings rather than doing it individually and the find and replace feature seems to give this option.
If I edit my shipping profile first and then use the select all for all my saved listings and hit the find and replace button can I edit (replace) the shipping profile attached to those listings with the updated version? Thanks.
