If you have the "Append Auctiva Scrolling Gallery to my listings" setting in your Auctiva account set to "Yes", the scrolling gallery should actually be added to your listings automatically. If you are creating your listings directly through eBay, it may take 4-6 hours for the scrolling gallery to be added to new listings though.
The only thing that comes to mind which can prevent the scrolling gallery from being added to your active listings is if the description HTML of your listings already contains one of the <!--ASW--> tags that mark the beginning and end of the scrolling gallery HTML.
If our system detects one of those HTML tags in a given listing, it will assume a scrolling gallery has already been added to the listing and will not attempt to add the scrolling gallery HTML to the listing again.
