Hi John,
Thanks for contributing to our forum. The "Import Listings" option on the Closed Listings page is designed to allow you to create saved listings from your recently closed eBay items. If you import one of your closed listings using that tool, you should then find the item on your Saved Listings page and will be able to post it anew from there.
Any items posted through Auctiva are automatically retained on the Saved Listings page so, unless you have deleted or saved over them, it should not be necessary to create a new saved listing from an item that was posted through Auctiva to begin with.
This particular feature is most commonly used to create saved listings from items that were *not* originally posted through Auctiva.
On the other hand, the “Bulk Relist” option on the Closed Listings page can be used to relist your recently closed eBay items, either individually or in bulk. You may want to relist these items, instead of posting them as new listings, to remain eligible for a relist credit (see link below) among other reasons.
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.htmlThe “Bulk Relist” option will only allow you to revise a select few things during the relisting process but, if you would like to relist an item and change more than the “Bulk Relist” tool allows, you should be able to do so using the “Edit and Relist” option displayed next to the item on your Closed Listings page.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
