I am having the same problem. Support insists that its something with the user's PC, however, I have 6 users who are having problems, but if they invoice and payment are done directly via paypal, everything is fine. This support is a joke. They expect me to upgrade my account when they cant even take the time to try to fix my issue?
Auctiva checkout is horrible. By default it is on when you start listing. If my customers are lucky enough to be able to actually pay and not get an error sometimes it does not charge for shipping so end up eating that also, I randomly do not get the auctiva checkout email. The checkout allows for "notes to seller" so my work is doubled and I have to check both paypal and auctiva for color choice. I have over 650 items and I am told the only way to take it off is to cancel each item and re-list it. And to top it off despite all of the forums and people experiencing this everyone I talk to at auctiva claims nothing is wrong on their end. My totals for the last month of lost cash due to the auctiva checkout is $345. Can someone at auctiva please just admit there is a problem and let us know you are fixing it?
