Buyer Having Trouble Viewing My Listing

Hi to All Auctivites,

I am lost in the corn field and need some direction please. A buyer attempted to explain difficulties she had viewing my eBay store listing. Would anybody (or everybody) be interested in taking a look and tell me how to improve it? On my monitor, the scale looks okay to me.

Here are her observations: "The only way I can explain the problem I had viewing your auction item is that it was oversized, like a photo that is e-mailed without being resized first".

Could THIS be why traffic is slow?!? J/K

Hello! I just stopped in to tell you that I just checked that listing and some of your other ones, and everything looked fine to me. Great pictures and great looking store. Maybe it was something wrong on their end. Who knows. Just wanted to let you know that everything looks fine from this end.

So nice of you to pop in and check it over. Did i read that right...did you say "great pictures?" OMGoodness...if you were here I'd kiss your Uggs or whatever you are wearing on your feet.
