I just sold an auction to someone who uses Auctiva's Buying Manager. They asked for a tracking number and want me to send Media Mail. But, they haven't paid. They sent me their address as well.

My auction states I take Paypal or postal money order and I ship First Class only. Why would Buying Manager do an auto email with this request/information when they haven't paid yet. They don't state HOW they are going to pay.

Is this normal for using Buying Manager? I have never come across this.
