buying without bidding

i am interested of buying a mp3 mens watch... but i dont want to enter into a bidding sytem... would that be possible? if yes, how am going to pay besides using cards. can i pay by cash through western Union?
i really appreaciate your answer pls...

You need to look for a "fixed price" auction to be able to buy the item immediately.

As for payment, you should always use a credit card when purchasing over the internet. Sending cash by Western Union is not smart because you have no recourse if the seller doesn't send you item.
