thank you for responding... no, i had not changed anything when auctiva just quit uploading my images... i've checked everything, downloaded latest firefox, doubled checked what i'm allowing, and my FIRST route was with SUPPORT, who say it's not them... i just wish they would at least LOOK to see if i have a glitch!!!

i have been using auctiva for about 3 years with anywhere between 100-500 listings at a time, so its not that i don't know (kinda) what i'm doing, but i don't seem to see an opportunity to "use the HTML loader", like used to pop up when i clicked "select images"...

and i HAVE loaded images into a folder beforehand, i just can't get to them!

would you be so kind as to give me a "click-by-click" map to get to what i need to do?

thanks in advance!!!

Hi,

I read a community post this morning from another member using Firefox and Mac. She reported that clearing her Firefox cache didn't work. However, a friend stepped her through clearing the Java cache and that worked.

I also know that older version of Java have problems.

Here's the link to the Mac post.

My suggestions are:

1. Clear the Firefox Cache

2. Clear / delete Java Cache

3. Upgrade to the most recent version of Java Runtime Enviroment.

I don't know that Auctiva Support can help with a Linux-based problem, but I'd at least enter a Support Case.
