By now you've heard about eBay's policy of Sellers not being able to offer Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or other forms of payment that are not electronic. Well.... for those of us who use Auctiva and have the offer of Money Orders in the HTML - we need to remove it or face de-listing. Many sellers have 1000's of items in the store. Is there ANY way that Auctiva can assist us in modifying ACTIVE listings via the API so this task does not have to be done manually? It is a huge undertaking right at the Holiday Season. Any suggestions by Auctiva would be appreciated that's for sure! John and Carmen - The Quilted Pug

Hi Carmen,

We do not have any current plans to develop any tools to aid sellers in revising the descriptions of active listings in bulk so, unfortunately, you will need to make these revisions manually. I don't believe that eBay offers and tools that can be used to revise the descriptions of listings in bulk either.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Solution as posted by eBay AND verified by store owners that use Auctiva. Use Turbo Lister to revise Auctiva listings in bulk. One store owner revised 1400 items in a little over a half hour DIAL-UP! Here's the post

Hi kingst,

Which drop down menu are you referring to, exactly?

Yes, this capability will work with listings you've submitted via Auctiva originally - you can still manage them in TL after you've submitted.
