Can auto-feedback be left after payment is received?

Kristin, you may have already seen this but if not it explains how you can set up and use our automated feedback message and when a feedback would be left. http://www.auctiva.com/help/#automatic-feedback As this FAQ states, "When enabled, a positive feedback message will automatically be sent to the buyer after you receive a positive feedback message from them."

I think the question OP has, which is the same question I have, is if we want to leave auto feeback as soon as buyer pays, as opposed to waiting until the buyer leaves FB first, can we do that? I know from past experience, leaving the buyer FB first - as in as soon as they pay - results in more buyrs taking the time to leave FB.

We would like to add that feature to the auto-feedback setting we currently have. It is on our radar, and anyone who would like to see this added should go to our Auctiva Feature Center to vote on it feature center
