I have 2 seller id's for ebay and I can't seem to find how to enter the 2nd id. Can anyone help??? I would greatly appreciate it.

You can't have 2 eBay ID's with a single Auctiva account.
However, you can create a 2nd Auctiva account for the 2nd eBay ID.

Can you have 2 separate Auctiva accounts and 1 user name. What I would like to do is have one for Ebay.com and 1 for .ca and keep everything separate. Each would have separate email address and Paypal Account. Or is this possible setting up different profiles for .com and .ca? Hope you understand my request.

Hi,
I don't think that would work. Essentially, it's the same eBay account for .com and .ca access and use. Auctiva can have only one eBay account association per ID. If you need that kind of "separation" for operation, I'd create a second account. Some of the larger PowerSeller eBay coin dealer accounts I use to buy from (and a few sales) had both a .com and .ca operation and two eBay accounts.
As you can see by my siggy, two accounts isn't a problem, i.e. that's my personal on the left and new business one on the right.
