like i said, i forgot to click on the proper relist profile on some listings i made. i cannot see how you can add auto-relist to active listings. can it be done?

No, unfortunately, it is not currently possible to add an auto-relist profile to a listing that is already active. I certainly understand how that capability would be useful though, so I'll pass the idea to our developers as a suggestion for future consideration.
