Can I apply a template to existing listings?

Hi. I've just joined Auctiva and had a look around but can't see the answer to my question - although I cringe when I think what it might be!!

I have opened an ebay store and have 140-odd listings. Can I apply an auctiva template to the existing listings or do I have to start from new listings?

Please don't say I can't add it to the existing ones!! Thanks for the help

The template is a formatting aid which arranges components of your listing (seller details, profiles and images) when created on Auctiva.

Therefore it (sorry) cannot retrospectively changed existing listings, you will probably need to import them into Auctiva and manually copy/paste the descriptions into the templates.

But also you should consider setting up seller details and profiles before you start and for convenience upload all images to Auctiva. Can leave them elsewhere but easier and possibly cheaper to store them here.

Personally I would apply the changeover progressively as listings expire or alternatively prepare the replacements before the active ones expire.
