Items like the Store Window and hosted images would be linked to the old account, so I do believe it would have an impact.

Is there a problem with the old Auctiva account?

Well, I just didn't want my auctiva user name shown in the ebay auction.

I have a seller ID and a buyer ID.

On auctiva, I registered with my buyer ID (long time ago). Now, they put it in your listing as a store name. I don't want that.

The 3435jj is what I just created with Auctiva a few days ago to replace my old user/buyer ID.

Can I ask this? After my listing ends. Can I cancel my old Auctiva acct(buyer Id) and use my new 3435jj to my current ebay account?

OK....understand the problem better.

I'm not sure a new account was needed. You can do a Support Case to change the old Auctiva account name and disconnect from old Buyer ID by cancel Token / reconnect the account to the Selling eBay ID. I believe that's similar to changing the eBay ID (new name) procedure. That way you could keep any customizations, profiles, saved listings, images, etc.

I would file a Support Case and explain exactly what you want to do. I do think you have to stop listing temporarily to get the transfer done. Hopefully, they can give you step-by-step instructions and help with the back-end changes for the ID.
