Not the auction title, but the title in the html. I like using a certain font and size in my auction listings, but would like to have the title in that font and maybe even bigger or bold size. Is that possible?

Unfortunately this is only possible if you use a custom template. You can customize one of auctiva's templates by going to the Listings tab and clicking the "Customize an Auctiva Template" link towards the bottom of the page.
If you have done that, then just change the font color around the [TITLE] tag in the resulting template HTML.
