After i've uploaded and placed pics into auctions, is it ok to delete them out of my pictures folder on my computer or will that also delete them from Auctiva?

Hi,
Yes you may delete your photos from your hard drive and it will have no affect on Auctiva. When you uploaded your photos you placed a copy of each photo on their drive.
However, I would suggest that you not delete them unless you really need the space on your hard drive.
Auctiva's system is like any other computer and is vulnerable to any number of incidents that might delete your photos. You might even be the one to accidently delete photos as I did not to long ago.
Another solution would be to download your photos to a disc. Then you can delete them from you hard drive. If you ever need them you can reload them onto your drive or upload them to Auctiva or another site.
