Hello, I have about 100 items in my inventory on ebay... can I import these or modify them on auctiva? Cheers

HI, I too would like to know if existing ebay auctions can be imported into my Auctiva acct. While so many were complaining I just found another way to list some items on ebay. No sense to ^$%^ and complain while folks are trying SO hard to get the system back up and running. Anywho... if someone could point me to the info about importing those few auctions would much appreciate it. Thanks!!
The only way I know to do this is after the listing has closed.
Go to Listings > Closed and then check off the ones you want and then click Import Listings

I closed the shop listings but still comes up as active in Auctiva... so I can't import them... sigh!... quite desperate to get them up and running for tom 10p listing day on ebay so I can test out some of my items.
When did you end the listings? It sometimes takes Auctiva a few hours or so to pick them up. If its been over a day I would file a support ticket and they can update the closed listing for you!
The listings ended on saturday and hasn't been updated since, maybe the move yesterday has stalled things abit... oh well I'll file a support ticket and see what happens. Many thanks for the advice 
Well after a couple of days using Auctiva I have to say that I'm hooked... I'm starting to appreciate the usefullness and improvements it can give to my new ebay business... and its all free!

Cheers, I did file a support case about 3.30GMT, not to worry I've got plenty of other stuff on my hands at the moment, suppose they still have to settle in their new home
