Hi, I have 2 Auctiva accounts 1 for each of my eBay accounts. I need to import some templates from the first one into the second one if this is possible. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting your question here. We do not currently offer any functionality that allows for templates or any other data to be imported from one Auctiva account to another, but you should be able to move your custom template from this account to your new account fairly easily.
If you would like to move a custom template from one account to another, you will first need to log into the account that contains the custom template, mouse over the “Listings” tab and select the “Manage” option under “Custom Templates, and then click the “Edit” option next to the custom template you would like to move.
Once you are taken to the template editor page, you will want to highlight ALL of the template HTML code that appears within the editor on that page and copy that HTML code onto your clipboard.
At that point, you can then save the template in the new account by logging into the account that you would like to move the template to, mousing over the “Listings” tab and selecting “Create New” under “Custom Templates, pasting the template HTML into the editor, and saving the custom template.
