Can I relist an item from Auctiva. If not does that mean I have to relist from Ebay and pay all the fees for the extra photos that I paid nothing for when listing with Auctiva?

Yes, check Listings tab - Closed page - Relist button. You Relist there with the capability of a few restricted types of changes, like start price.
You can also Relist a previously listed Auctiva-based auction from ebay directly with full edit capability without a pic fee problem, as Auctiva places the pics in the ebay Description section of the listing, which aren't charged by ebay. In simple terms, you only pay ebay's pic fees when you use more than their single free pic in their picture hosting service. Note, the pic you select for header+gallery on Auctiva is essentially the single free pic on ebay.
