Can I schedule a relist eligible for relist credit?

Hi there,

I have an auction that didn't sell, so I can relist it (and if it sells, no listing fees).

#1) Can I schedule a relist through Auctiva

#2) Will that relist still be eligible for the relist credit, or will ebay look at it as a new listing?

Yes go to to your closed listings folder on Auctiva and schedule the relist from there and eligible listings will get the insertion fee credit.

Note that the credit is only available for the first relist and must be done from the 'closed listings' folder and not the 'saved listings' folder.
