Welcome back! When you import listings from your Closed Listings page to your Saved Listings page within Auctiva, our system takes the description HTML from the closed listing and places it into the HTML version of the description editor in the resulting saved listing. The IF template and images are coded into the description HTML so they should up in description editor of the resulting saved listings when you do this.
In order to add Auctiva's templates and image hosting to listings for which this is happening, I recommend doing the following after importing the listing from your Closed Listings page to your Saved Listings page:
1) Select and then copy your text in the Standard version of the description editor
2) Click the "HTML tab along the top of the description editor and delete ALL the existing description HTML
3) Click the Standard tab along the top of the description editor and then paste in the text that you copied in step 1
After following those steps, only your description text should be present within the description editor and you should then be able to add your Auctiva template and images via the normal process using the "Select a Template" and "Select an Image" buttons respectively.
