Hi tonyferr,

Yes, if you have the HTML code used to generate a template you would like to use when listing items through Auctiva, you can save that in your Auctiva account as a custom template. The interface that you would need to do this can be found by mousing over the "Listings" tab within your account and then selecting the "Create New" option under "Custom Templates".

Once you are there, you will want to paste your template HTML code into the HTML version of the description editor. You will then want to switch over to the Standard mode of the editor and use the links in the "Custom Template Tags" section to the right of the editor to insert the tags that tell our system where to place those pieces of information within the template when they are entered on the lister page.

At the very least, you will need to add an [IMAGES_AND_DESCRIPTION] tag OR a [DESCRIPTION] tag and the number of individual image tags corresponding to the maximum number of images you will be using in your listings to make it so our system knows where to place the descriptions and images you enter in your listings within the template.

Once you have created and saved your custom template, you will be able to find the option to select it by choosing "Custom" from the Category menu on the "Select a Template" interface on the Auctiva listing creation page.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with this, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx#
