Hi mizkatie,
In order to use all 5 sections of your seller details, please create one seller details profile in which you enter information for all 5 of the associated sections. You can begin creating your seller details profile by clicking the "Seller Details" link under the "Profiles" tab within your Auctiva account.
The first page will be labeled "Payment". In the provided space enter the information you would like to appear in the "Payment" section of your listings and click "Next". The next section will be labeled "Shipping". In the provided space enter the information you would like to appear in the "Shipping" section of your listings and click "Next". Repeat for each of the following 3 sections and, when you are all done, name your profile, and click the "Save & Exit" button.
Then, when you are creating your listings, if you select this seller details profile in which you entered information for all 5 of the available sections, the entire content of your seller details profile will appear within the template of the listing under the appropriate headers.
