One of my main selling strategies for my business plan is to load items into my store and periodically send items to auction to not only sell the item, but drive traffic to the store. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this from auctiva. Any thoughts?

Hi Agape Guitarz,

Thanks for posting your question here. In the event you decide that you would like to post one or more of your fixed price listings in the auction format as part of this strategy, you should be able to do most or all the work required to accomplish this through Auctiva depending on exactly how you would like to go about it.

If you would like to keep the fixed price format of the listing active while running the same product in auction format, you should just have to locate the saved listing from which you originally posted the product through Auctiva, change the Sale Type from “Fixed Price” to “Auction”, fill in the “Start Price” field and then post it to eBay.

However, if you would like to end the fixed price listing for the product before posting it as an auction, you would need to cancel the listing using the “End Item” option available within your eBay account before reposting through Auctiva as described above.

I hope this helps. If I did not fully address what you are trying to achieve, or if you need any further assistance with your account, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
