Can I use my ebay shop categories in my listings on Auctiva please

Hi, I really really new here. I have an ebay shop with different categories and I don't seem to be able to access on creating a new listing in auctiva. I have generated an ebay token and completed one new listing, which I then revised on ebay to set up my shop category. can anyone guide me please. thank you.

I had to ask the same question. I think what you need to do is click on the My Account tab, then eBay Settings. Then click on the link to Update eBay Store Categories.
