Now my scrolling gallery shows the same items every time i open it. I wonder if I can change it to random...

While the items that are displayed in your scrolling gallery are not quite chosen randomly, they actually do change automatically - probably just not as often as you might expect.
The scrolling gallery in your listings will automatically refresh every 4 hours and, after each refresh, our system will detect the next item of yours that is viewed and repopulate the scrolling gallery with 16 items that are ending around the same time as that item. This logic causes listings ending around the same time as your most popularly viewed listings.
The only way to control what is displayed in your scrolling gallery beyond that is to mark specific items as “hidden” or “featured”, which can be done by mousing over the “Stores” tab within your account and selecting the “Manage Items” option. Any items that are marked as “hidden” will not be displayed in the scrolling gallery and any marked as “featured” will always be displayed in the gallery provided no more than 16 are marked as such.
If you do choose to mark some of your items as “hidden” or “featured”, you should see those changes reflected in your scrolling gallery the next time it refreshes which, as mentioned previously, happens automatically about every 4 hours.
