I just paid for a basic plan,so i can list 15 Free Listings per month,but i can not create a multi listing,could you please hlep me,thanks.

Thanks for posting your question here. Our Multi Variation tool is not currently available with the Basic plan so, in order to create multi variation listings through Auctiva, you would need to upgrade your account to the Unlimited Plan or above.
If you upgrade to a plan that supports the creation of multi variation listings, you will then see an “Add/Edit Variations” link show up on the Auctiva lister page that can be used to create your variations once you have selected a category that supports variations along with the fixed price format.
A tutorial that goes over the creation of these listings is available on the following page of our site:
