Can not generate Auctiva token because...

Hello all
I've register a new eBay account and go to register Auctiva account immediately, when I try to generate Auctiva token... eBay force me to identity with phone call.

Is this situation happen to everybody?

Hello all,
I have the same problem too. and It's still not working normal until now. I am now only have 48 days to generate my token. what should I do? Should I close the auctiva account and make a new brand one?
