That's interesting. We're actually not experiencing any technical issues that would account for the behavior you have described so I suspect that you are either using an unsupported browser or that there is a process or setting on your end that is conflicting with that aspect of the Auctiva system.
If you are not already using Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, please go to
http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx and use the links under "Optimize your Brower" to download one of those supported browsers. If you switch from a different browser to one of the ones we support, you will most likely be able to load the description editor successfully.
If you are already using one of these browsers, I recommend clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. If that doesn't do the trick, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site:
