can not list ????

I received an "ebay /auctiva token"??? a while ago and forgot about it, then when i tried to list ,it would,nt let me post,and i cant work it out, can anyone help me to find out what has happened please?

Hi cammy - Usually token issues are best resolved by support staff since they can actually look at your account and your listing and see what is going on. Just file a support request from the Help page.
