I also have issues quite frequently lately, as have others. There is at least one other activa thread on this & another thread on this or similar problem and one that was closed by Auctiva on slowness.

Please send note to support and keep us posted on here also please.

If others are having problems please do same, as most of us tend to plug along thinking we are only one having a problem.

sometimes i switch to google chrome instead of firefox just to try to narrow down the problem.

if the problem is also occurring on chrome (or ie) and not on other sites...there is an issue with auctiva.

the reason i try a different browser is that sometimes the updates just mess with everything. i have resisted the last firefox update because of these problems.

as lookandbuyme asked, please keep us posted with the support responses. if you haven't already done so, i suggest filing the support request before friday evening.
